Activia found from market research that their audience in Italy didn't strongly relate to brand ambassador

Alessia Marcuzzi, perceiving her as too slim and less relatable. To address this, they paired Alessia

with comedian Geppi Cucciari, whose more "average" physique resonated better.

This approach introduced a new brand language through humorous sketches, successfully boosting sales.
